My dearest Patricia,
Of course I remember you, and how rude of me to have not replied to you sooner for your lovely letter and 'super' CD you sent us at Dolly’s. To which we have played many times to our customers and always pointing out that it is one of our customers ( we are very proud to point this out I can tell you!!)
I hope to see you again one day in Dolly’s.

Hello Pat Langley,
Just wanted to let you know your CD got here ok and I plan to play from it tomorrow on "Her Infinite Variety". The program airs live from 11:30am 'til 2pm central time. At this moment I have no idea of the exact time I will play from "Without Him" but I do know you can listen tomorrow (or any time) at wort-fm.org. After I play from the CD, I plan to pass it on to the music department for inclusion in our library. So thanks for thinking of us and best to you!

Merci de m'avoir fait parvenir votre CD que j'ai écouté avec beaucoup d'attention. Votre voix est juste, pleine d'émotion et vous interprétez à merveille ces classiques du jazz et de la variété américaine.
Si vous avez déjà entendu mes émissions, vous comprendrez aisément que le format de votre musique ne correspond pas avec les émissions dont j'ai la responsabilité.
Mais j'apprécie beaucoup votre talent et vous encourage à continuer, si vous en avez la possibilité.
Je vous souhaite, même si les délais sont largement dépassés, une bonne année 2009 à Chicago, ville que j'ai visitée à plusieurs reprises et qui m'a laissé un excellent souvenir.
